PagSeguro's moat is durable due to its widespread merchant acceptance, deep integration into small business operations, and the comprehensive ecosystem of financial services that make it inconvenient and costly for users to switch. The brand recognition built over years also fosters crucial trust in financial services, which is hard to replicate.
