1. Overview
Deep Value Reports offers both free and premium subscription tiers. This policy covers refunds for our premium subscription.
2. Free Tier
The free tier is provided at no cost. No refunds apply.
3. Premium Subscription
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through our payment partner, Whop.
- Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the premium service, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time after the money-back guarantee period.
- Managing your subscription: You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Whop account.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 7-day guarantee period, email us at yogi@deepvaluereports.com with:
- Your email address used for the subscription
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
We will process approved refunds within 5–7 business days. It may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Requests made after the 7-day guarantee period
- Accounts obtained through fraud or violation of our Terms of Service
- Partial billing periods after cancellation
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this refund policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
