CHR Risk Analysis & Red Flags
What Could Go Wrong
The market continues to distrust Cheer Holding's financials due to inconsistencies (e.g., reported EPS vs. P/E, market cap vs. P/S), leading to an inability to maintain Nasdaq listing and potentially full capital loss. The reported cash might not be freely accessible or is rapidly burned without generating sustainable profits.

Valuation Basis
Target based on a speculative re-rating of P/S from 0.03x (implied by max market cap of $4.82M & revenue of $148.8M) to 0.15x (still below sector median), on the premise of AI product traction and Nasdaq compliance resolution.
