Check-Cap Ltd. (CHEK) has fundamentally ceased to exist as an independent growth vehicle. It merged with Gataca Health Inc. in March 2023, and the combined entity now trades as GTCA. The original CHEK ticker is delisted/merged. Therefore, the likelihood of Check-Cap Ltd. achieving 10x growth as the specified entity is virtually zero due to its non-existence. Historically, it exhibited critical 'dud' characteristics: persistent cash burn, excessive dilution without substantial commercial progress, and an unsustainable financial trajectory that ultimately led to its absorption.
